Things to do and remember as an administrator

• Weekly, tour the school. Make sure things are clean, safe, and up to par.
• Take initiative in taking corrective action
• There are always two sides to EVERY situation
• Perspective is everything
• What is the greater good...and is it important?
• Fair isn't always equal.
• Make parents part of the solution. Don't assume they are the enemy
• Always communicate
• Don't set students or teachers up for failure
